"人權之法理基礎" 再述(六十五)----下

尋找造物主( The Creator )
父母境界-----行自境界,從父所得 (IX)
行自境界,從父所得-----四念處(正念、念根)----- 一乘道
英譯二
"In the time of God-farmer, when lying down to rest, there was genuine repose, and when active, there was genuine contentment. People knew their mothers, but they did not know who their fathers were; they dwelt along with the various deer. Eating from their own gardens and wearing what they themselves had woven, there was no thought of harming one another, for perfect, natural excellence reigned in its highest form.
"Yellow Emperor, however, unable to restore such natural living, fought with the monster Ch'ih-yu in the field of Cho-lu, amd blood flowed for a hundred miles. When Yao and Shun arose, the various offices were established. T'ang, founder of the Yin dynasty, exiled his sovereign; King Wu, founder of the Chou dynasty, slew his evil sovereign Chou. From this point on, the weak were oppressed by the strong, the few overrun by the many. From T'ang and king Wu on, all the kings were fomenters of disorder. Now, today, you follow the ways of Kings Wen and Wu and head world-wide discusions to instruct future generations. Dressed in your finicky clothes and with contrived speech and pretenious behavior, you confuse the princes of the world in your desire to elicit riches and honors from them. There isn't a bigger robber in the world than you ! Why don't people call you Robber Confucius instead of restricting the title to me ? " Ibid.
英譯三
I have been taught about preserving and accepting our world, not about putting it into good order. He who would preserve it fears that it will prostitute its very existence. He who would accept it fears that it may shift from its native excellence. It is when our world does not prostitute its very existence and does not shift from its excellence that it enjoys good order. See, James R. Wares, op cit., The Sayings of Chuang Tzu, Preserve and Accept.
